Sciencell’sMEF-cmwaspreparedusinghighqualitymitomycinCtreatedMEF(MEF-mt,Cat.#M7570-mt)derivedfromE13embryosofCF1mice.SerumfreemediumwasconditionedwithmitomycinCtreatedCF1MEFsfor24hours.Theconditionedmediumwascollecteddailyfor7days,pooledandsterilizedbyfilteringthrougha0.22µmfilter.
BeforeusingMEF-cmforhPSCculture,pleaseaddfreshrecombinanthumanbasicFGF(4ng/mL)(rhbFGF,Cat.#104-02)intothemediumtomakethecompletemedium.ThecompleteMEF-cmhasbeentestedforitsABIlitytosupporthPSCself-renewalonBDMatrigelTMmatrixinvitro.Themediumcolorofeachlotmayvarybutdoesnotaffectperformance.
